Grace & Motherhood

Easton’s therapist looked at me and said, “You handle his needs with such grace.”

In an attempt to not tear up, I laughed and said, “I don’t know about that, but thank you.”

I guess I see grace as.. not messy?

Like actually remembering the last time I washed my hair. Or not having a weekly meltdown because I’m just so tired.

But she reminded me that grace isn’t about perfection. Grace is doing the best you can with what you have (&& definitely relying on God for the rest).

I needed this today.
Mommas, we are doing better than we think✨🤍
