I need to believe you are truly sovereign
If I fully want to heal
I need to believe in your management
That your control is actually real

Experiences have taught me you always come through
But during the midst of chaos
I’m looking for you…

Trusting you means I won’t always understand
I’m learning to be okay with that
To let my life unfold in your hand

I’m looking back to remember
That your sovereignty
Is worth my surrender
